Dottie is an award-winning professional development program for healthcare teams, adapted from C. Robin Marcotte's theater play. This unique offering combines a powerful 20-minute film with a self-guided learning module, providing a fresh and engaging way for professionals to access continuing medical education (CME/CEU) credit (1 hour).
The film utilizes realistic sets and honest cinematic storytelling to give audiences an intimate understanding of dementia's impact on the brain. Designed as a flexible education tool, Dottie can be shared digitally for both in-person and remote viewing. Its independent, digital format greatly improves accessibility for staff training, conference presentations, and integration into medical residency curricula.
