Why Arts and Medicine? Empathy.
Through theatrical storytelling we encounter empathy. Take, for example, the difficult health topics of addiction, anxiety, or dementia. We’ve created theater and film around these topics that put them in front of healthcare audiences. These engagements produce reactions like these:
